Our Story

Rayamajhi Enterprises began its journey on 22 June 1995 with a clear vision of supporting Nepal's healthcare sector through quality medical products and dependable service. Under the leadership of Mr. Arjun K. Rayamajhi, the company started with a loan from Sanima Bank and steadily earned the trust of healthcare professionals through its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. As the business grew Rayamajhi Trade Concern Pvt. Ltd. in 2011 A.D. Initially importing surgical products, medical equipment, and diagnostic solutions exclusively from India, the company later expanded its global sourcing network to include leading manufacturers from the United States, Europe, Singapore, India, and other countries.

Today, with over 32 years of experience, Rayamajhi Enterprises continues to deliver innovative, reliable, and high-quality healthcare solutions, remaining committed to improving patient care and advancing Nepal's medical industry.

Foundation

Rajesh Thapa establishes Rayamajhi Trading Company in Kathmandu, importing textiles and consumer goods.

1975

Manufacturing Expansion

Launch of Rayamajhi Industries — the group's first manufacturing facility producing packaged foods and beverages.

1995

Energy Division

Rayamajhi Power is established, commissioning the group's first hydroelectric project.
